ok, so the first night of body work has been educational.. i found out that both of the fenders are mostly worthless, and that everything else is actually hafway ok.. i have one hole in the body closest to teh ground that's probably 2.5 inches long and 1.75 inches high, and the door panel is seperating from the door.. but i'm pretty sure i can rig something nifty together to re-connect that (or just not care..).. otherwise i got all the little spots sanded down and ready for a little bit of bondo, then teh rest of the body will be sanded down on this side. after i have most of the snading done, i'm going to spray some primer on it, and hopefuly early next month, i'll order me some front fenders (unless i can find some at a junk yard tomorrow morning), and some rear over-fenders. on another note, my engine rebuild kit will be here in a month.. thanks JCW for taking a friggen year and a half on getting that to me..
